RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Custom-Made Products
All Green Skull Grillz products are made to order, based on measurements, impressions, or specifications provided by the customer. Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun, except where required by law (see Faulty or Damaged Items below) or where a custom order has not yet entered production (see Cancellations below).
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email]. Cancellations can only be accepted before production of your custom piece has begun. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Jewellery, Not Dental Work
All grillz sold through this website are jewellery items and are not dental appliances, orthodontic devices, or medical/dental products of any kind. They are not fitted, manufactured, or intended for permanent wear. Grillz should be removed before sleeping, eating, or drinking, and should not be worn for extended periods. Green Skull Grillz accepts no liability for any dental, oral, or health-related issues arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Wear and Tear
Grillz are handmade from precious metals and are not indestructible. We are not responsible for natural wear and tear, tarnishing, scratching, bending, or damage resulting from normal use, improper care, or failure to follow our care instructions.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case that your grillz arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the fault and, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement. This does not cover damage caused by wear, misuse, or alterations made after delivery.
Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable guides, PDFs, video tutorials, and educational content, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once payment has been completed.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive immediate access to the content upon payment and that you therefore waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refunds will not be issued for digital products once they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, regardless of whether they have been used.
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of the information provided or for outcomes resulting from the application of the techniques taught in our guides. These products are provided for educational purposes only.
CONSULTATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Deposits
All in-studio consultations require a paid booking fee/deposit to secure your appointment. This fee confirms your slot and may be credited towards your final grillz order, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
We understand plans change. You may reschedule your consultation free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation (see below).
Cancellations
- 24 hours' notice or more: You may cancel and receive a full refund of your consultation fee, or transfer it to a future appointment.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: Your consultation fee is non-refundable. We're happy to discuss rebooking, but a new fee will apply.
- No-shows: Failure to attend your consultation without prior notice forfeits the consultation fee in full, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but consultations may be shortened or rescheduled (subject to the cancellation terms above) if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, to avoid disrupting other bookings.
Our Cancellations
If Green Skull Grillz needs to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we'll notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or a priority rebooking at no extra cost.
